Although the name is new, John is no stranger to remodeling in the greater Atlanta area. He founded John Rogers Renovations Inc. in 1996 and successfully ran it until selling the company in 2019. After taking some time off, building a few custom homes in Woodstock, and waiting for his noncompete to expire, John is excited to return to his roots—residential remodeling and now new construction as well.
Currently residing in Wales, with his wife and two adult children (the other 3 girls are scattered around the US), John plans to move back to Atlanta in the fall of 2025. When John returns he will be available for select projects in Woodstock, East Cobb, and Roswell. Continue reading below for a personal note from John.

"It's been an incredible journey since selling JRR in 2019. After working with 'the new guys' for a while, I had the opportunity to team up with an old friend in new construction. Making the jump to building homes from the ground up was an exciting challenge, but I was surprised at how quickly the learning curve flattened. As many of you know, JRR handled a wide range of projects, covering every aspect of residential construction, so it was just a matter of applying all those skills at once. My background in high-end custom renovations also gave me an edge—helping me bring a more personal touch to project management, something that’s often missing in new construction.
We look forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and keeping everyone updated as we prepare for our formal return to Atlanta!"
